ACT Tech LLC provides SaaS development services, custom software solutions, and related technical consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application development
- Custom software development and integration
- Cloud infrastructure setup and management
- Compliance consulting and implementation
- DevOps and deployment automation
- Technical support and maintenance
4. TCR Compliance
All services provided by ACT Tech LLC comply with The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards and applicable telecommunications regulations. We maintain:
- Verified business registration and compliance documentation
- Transparent opt-in/opt-out mechanisms for all communications
- Detailed audit trails and compliance reporting
- Regular compliance reviews and updates
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms

- Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
6. Payment Terms

- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Client retains ownership of their business data and content
- ACT Tech retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and frameworks
- Custom-developed software ownership will be defined in project agreements
- Both parties respect each other's existing intellectual property rights
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and require the same from our clients regarding our proprietary methods and processes.
9. Service Level Agreements
We strive to maintain high service standards:
- 99.9% uptime for hosted applications (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- 24-hour response time for critical support issues
- Regular security updates and system monitoring
- Backup and disaster recovery procedures
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACT Tech LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Client data will be provided in a standard format
- Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
- Both parties will return or destroy confidential information
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
